Edification
Living in a foreign country and serving in cross-cultural ministry produces unique
challenges that can wear out and tear down even the heartiest servants of God.
Because of this reality, our field-experienced "missionary care" staff have developed
multiple methods to ensure that our missionaries are edified, (built up/fortified,) while
they serve on the field or during their visits to the U.S. Our "missionary care" staff
are also available to meet with local church leaders, along with conducting training
seminars and conferences around the country that are designed to give local churches
and their members insight and ability for effective edification of missionaries.
